Privacy Policy

Effective date: October 15, 2026

Overview

This Privacy Policy explains what information Dailey Consultancy, LLC (“Dailey Consultancy,” “we,” “us”) collects when you visit our website, how we use it, and the choices you have. We provide qualitative research, data analysis and consulting services. This policy covers the website and the messages you send us. It does not cover project or client data, which is handled separately (see “Client and project data”).

What we collect

Information you give us. The website does not have a contact form or newsletter sign-up. If you email us (for example at jessica@daileyconsultancy.com or collab@daileyconsultancy.com), we receive your email address, your name if you include it, and anything else you choose to write.

Information collected automatically. Like most websites, our hosting provider and the site’s software may log technical information such as your IP address, browser type, device, pages viewed, and the date and time of your visit. We use this to deliver the site, keep it secure and understand how it is used.

What we ask you not to send. Please do not send health information, patient information or other sensitive personal data to us through the website or by ordinary email.

How we use information

We use the information above to respond to your questions and inquiries, discuss and schedule work with you, operate, secure and maintain the website, and meet legal and professional obligations. We do not sell your personal information.

Cookies and similar technologies

The website uses a cookie consent tool that displays a banner so you can accept or decline non-essential cookies. Essential cookies are needed for the site to work and to remember your cookie choice. The website does not currently use analytics or advertising cookies. You can also control cookies in your browser settings. Blocking some cookies may affect how the site works.

Third-party services

The website uses a few outside services, which may receive technical information such as your IP address when you use the site:

  • Hosting and delivery: WP Engine and Cloudflare host and serve the website.
  • Cookie consent and accessibility tools: provided by Elementor, which records your cookie choice and loads an accessibility widget from its servers.
  • YouTube: if you play the video on our homepage, YouTube (a Google service) may set cookies and collect information under Google’s privacy policy.
  • Email: messages you send us are handled by our email provider.

We do not control other websites and are not responsible for their privacy practices.

Client and project data

Information that clients share with us for a consulting project, such as research data, interview or focus-group material, or datasets, is not collected through this website. It is handled under a separate written agreement with the client and, where applicable, in line with laws such as HIPAA. This Privacy Policy does not replace those agreements. If there is a conflict, the project agreement controls for project data.

How long we keep information

We keep emails and inquiry information for as long as needed to respond to you, manage our business relationship, and meet legal or tax obligations. Website logs are kept by our service providers for the periods they set.

Data security

We use reasonable administrative and technical measures to protect information we hold. No website or email transmission is completely secure, so we cannot guarantee absolute security.

Your choices and rights

You can ask us what personal information we hold about you, ask us to correct or delete it, or ask us to stop contacting you, by emailing us at the address below. You can manage cookies as described above. Depending on where you live, you may have additional rights under local law. We may need to verify your identity before acting on a request.

Children

This website is intended for businesses and professionals and is not directed to children under 13. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children. If you believe a child has sent us information, contact us and we will delete it.
